Tornado Touches Down West of Oklahoma City

EL RENO, Okla. (TheBlaze/AP) — A storm dropped a tornado in Oklahoma City’s western suburbs, then barreled toward the state’s largest city as cameras broadcast the approach on television.

The National Weather Service has issued a tornado emergency for the Oklahoma City metropolitan area.

Damage was reported Friday south of Interstate 40 near El Reno after the twister swept through a rural area. The Canadian County Sheriff’s Office said it did not have any reports of injuries.

Funnels of various sizes touched the ground south of El Reno, 25 miles west of Oklahoma City. At other times funnel clouds remained aloft. Cameras showed debris in the air.

Missing Man Walks By A News Reporter Who Was Reporting On Him!

Via viralviralvideos:

Finally, a news report about a missing person with a happy ending. WMTW TV was on the beat reporting about an elderly man who had been missing for more than 14 hours.
Unbelievably, as the reporter was about to begin, an elderly man slowly strolled by from behind them. At first the crew thought nothing of it, but quickly they realized they had the missing man they were reporting on right in front of them.
Thankfully, Bob was fine after the long ordeal, ending up with just a scratch and some wet feet.

I believe Creator God's angels were guiding this  missing man to safety!  This is NOT coincidental!  What an awesome ending for his family!!!
There are many missing children of  Creator God, who He longs to have close to Himself, but they wander away, not realizing that they have done so.  When they realize they need God Almighty, as life has thrown them some punches, they come to God, and are welcomed with open arms!
Luke 15:20-24, " “When he was still a long way off, his father saw him. His heart pounding, he ran out, embraced him, and kissed him. The son started his speech: ‘Father, I’ve sinned against God, I’ve sinned before you; I don’t deserve to be called your son ever again.’
22-24 “But the father wasn’t listening. He was calling to the servants, ‘Quick. Bring a clean set of clothes and dress him. Put the family ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. Then get a grain-fed heifer and roast it. We’re going to feast! We’re going to have a wonderful time! My son is here—given up for dead and now alive! Given up for lost and now found!’ And they began to have a wonderful time."
It doesn't matter where you've been, or where you are, drug use, immorality, lying, cheating, stealing, selfish, abuse, anger, or whatever it is that you struggle with.  God can change your heart, and you can be happy.  Surrender to Jesus now, and ask Him to forgive you and change you, and He will!  He's been waiting for you.

Making People Yawn Around The World Prank

Yes, I yawned!  I wonder what causes the yawn  to be contagious?  If anyone knows, please write it in the comment section!
Jesus gave some words of warning, to stay awake and be ready for His coming, when He splits the sky!  Mark 13:35-37, "“But the exact day and hour? No one knows that, not even heaven’s angels, not even the Son. Only the Father. So keep a sharp lookout, for you don’t know the timetable. It’s like a man who takes a trip, leaving home and putting his servants in charge, each assigned a task, and commanding the gatekeeper to stand watch. So, stay at your post, watching. You have no idea when the homeowner is returning, whether evening, midnight, cockcrow, or morning. You don’t want him showing up unannounced, with you asleep on the job. I say it to you, and I’m saying it to all: Stay at your post. Keep watch.”  Jesus is coming soon, so please give Him your heart.  Stay awake by reading the Holy Bible, asking for the Holy Spirit to lead you into all truth, and to be ready when Jesus comes, not asleep spiritually!

Amazing Bike Tricks By Tim Knoll!

This is nothing!  You ought to see me bike ride! LOL:-)   Actually, Tim Knoll can do some amazing tricks on his bike!  I am impressed!
It would take hours and hours of practice to learn these skills, and I'm sure there have been many scraped knees and elbows in Tim's life!
Whatever God has gifted us with, we are to try our absolute best!  1 Corinthians 10:31, "The answer is, if you eat or drink, or if you do anything, do it all for the glory of God."  God gives us abilities to use, so we can lead others to Him, with those abilities!  God blesses us in order for us to be a blessing to others!  God has given you unique abilities and personality that no one else on earth has.  There are things you were created, by Creator God, to do, that no one who has ever lived, or will live, can do.  You are unique and loved by Creator God!  He is interested in your life, and wants a personal relationship with you.

Via The Blaze: The Amazing Way One Vet’s ‘Last Life Request’ Was Fulfilled 70 Years Later

Via The Blaze:
NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Before Cpl. Thomas “Cotton” Jones was killed by a Japanese sniper in the South Pacific in 1944, he wrote what he called his “last life request” to anyone who might find his diary: Please give it to Laura Mae Davis, the girl he loved.
Davis did get to read the diary – but not until nearly 70 years later, when she saw it in a display case at the National World War II Museum.
“I didn’t have any idea there was a diary in there,” said the 90-year-old Mooresville, Ind., woman. She said it brought tears to her eyes.

In this Thursday, May 23, 2013 photo, Laura Mae Davis Burlingame, 90, holds a photo of herself from high school, in her Moorseville, Ind. home. The photo filled the back cover of a diary she had given to a Marine Cpl. Thomas Cotton Jones, a 22-year-old machine gunner, who died in the bloody assault on a Japanese-held island during World War II. Burlingame didn t know the military diary she gave Jones had survived him. She saw it and read, If this Diary is lost and if it is Possible please return it to Miss Laura Mae Davis. Address. Winslow Indiana. Credit: AP
Laura Mae Davis Burlingame – she married an Army Air Corps man in 1945 – had gone to the New Orleans museum on April 24 looking for a display commemorating the young Marine who had been her high-school sweetheart.
“I figured I’d see pictures of him and the fellows he’d served with and articles about where he served,” she said.
She was stunned to find the diary of the 22-year-old machine gunner.
Curator Eric Rivet (rih-VET) let her take a closer look, using white gloves to protect the old papers from skin oils. It was the first time in his 17 years of museum work that someone found “themselves mentioned in an artifact in the museum,” Rivet said.

The diary was a gift to Jones from Davis. They had met in the class of ’41 at Winslow High School. “He was a basketball player and I was a cheerleader,” she said.
Jones had given her his class ring but they weren’t engaged, she said. They had dated through high school. They went to the prom together.
He made his first diary entry while a private at Camp Elliott in San Diego, a little less than a year before he was killed. He described it as “my life history of my days in the U.S. Marine Corps … And most of all my love for Laura Mae for whom my heart is completely filled. So if you all get a chance please return it to her. I (am) writing this as my last life request.”

This photo provided by the National WWII Museum shows the first entry from the diary of 22-year-old Marine Cpl. Thomas Cotton Jones, who died in the bloody assault on a Japanese-held island during World War II. A sniper’s bullet between the eyes killed Jones on Sept. 17, 1944, the third day of the U.S. assault on the Pacific island of Peleliu (PEL-uh-loo), in Palau.
Peleliu was where U.S. forces learned the Japanese had changed their island defense tactics. Instead of concentrating units on the beaches and finishing with reckless banzai charges, the Japanese holed up in bunkers, trenches, pillboxes and caves – many of them blasted into the island’s hills and mountains – that had to be taken one at a time.
Jones, nicknamed in high school for his blond hair, was in the 1st Marine Division’s L Company, 3rd Battalion. He was among 1,794 Americans killed on Peleliu and nearby islands in a 2 1/2-month assault that Marine Maj. Gen. William Rupertus had predicted would be over in a few days. Another 7,302 Americans were wounded. An estimated 10,900 Japanese were killed; 19 soldiers and sailors became prisoners of war. Another 283 POWs were laborers, mostly Korean.
Burlingame said she didn’t know why she never got the diary. It apparently went first to a sister of Jones whom she didn’t know well, she said.
Robert Hunt of Evansville, the nephew who gave Jones’ artifacts to the museum in 2001, told her he had received it several years after Jones’ death and worried that passing it on to Burlingame might cause problems with her marriage. It wouldn’t have, sFor the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, the Christians who have died[a] will rise from their graves. 17 Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Then we will be with the Lord forever. 18 So encourage each other with these words.he said: “My husband and Tommy were good friends.”
When she learned Hunt was collecting mementoes for the museum, Burlingame said, she gave him photographs and the class ring.
Jones’s last entry, written aboard the USS Maui on Dec. 1, 1943, described winning $200 at craps. He had a total of $320, he wrote, and if he were back home “Laura Mae & I would really have a wonderful Xmas.” He wondered if he could wire the money to her as a Christmas present.
That didn’t happen, Burlingame said. She said she was touched by the number of times he mentioned getting letters from his parents and her.
Burlingame’s tour group had to leave but the museum scanned the diary and mailed a copy to her.
The diary’s 4-by-7-inch back cover was nearly filled with her photograph. The picture itself was black and white, but the photographer had tinted her cheeks pink and her lips dark red.
She had signed it, “Love, Laurie.”

This  made me think of the Holy Bible as Creator God's love letter to us.  His love for us is so strong that He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ to this planet to die for your sins, and my sins.  He gives His perfect righteous character to us by living in us, and placing His character in our hearts, through the Holy Spirit!  What love!  We can't hardly fathom it!  The Creator of heaven and earth, the Creator of you and I, stepping down to be born as a helpless baby, depending on a mother He had created, and depending on His Heavenly Father to give Him victory over sin, for you and I!  What a precious gift of eternal life and love is this!  Jesus is coming soon, to take to heaven all who accept Him as their Lord and Savior!  Is there any reason why you won't accept His offer to have you ready to meet Him in the sky, when he comes?!  Those loved ones you lovingly remember, you can see again!
1 Thessalonians 4:16-18, "For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, the Christians who have died[a] will rise from their graves. 17 Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Then we will be with the Lord forever. 18 So encourage each other with these words."

Watch Someone Ride The World's Tallest Swing Ride!

From The Blaze:

Swing rides at amusement parks are often thought of as one of the tamer attractions, compared to drop zones and roller coasters. But a new version of the leg-dangling swing ride that launched at a Texas Six Flags this week has even grown men shrieking.
The appropriately named “SkyScreamer” takes riders up 24 stories — a world record height for a swing ride — and spins them in a 98-foot circle up to 40 miles per hour.
The host of 94.9 KLTY Family Friendly Morning Show “Cowboy” Chris went for a spin on Thursday before the ride opened to the public Saturday.
“It is way too windy up here,” Chris said only half way up the 400-foot tower.

“Cowboy” Chris’ reaction on the thrilling swing ride. (Image: YouTube screenshot)
As the ride really gets going Chris’ seat companion — the ride sits two side-by-side — says “this is not right.”
Even though they appear to be having a mix of fun and terror, Chris begs the ride to “please go down.”
Watch his hilarious reaction on SkyScreamer:

I don't know about you, but I wouldn't be yelling, because you wouldn't catch me on the Skyscreamer anyway!  I am a chicken!
Anyway, I do look forward to flying through the universe, when Jesus comes and takes us to heaven!
Jesus loves you, and He is high and lifted up!  He deserves all glory!  He wants to take you to heaven too!  If you haven't, please give your heart to Him!
John14:1-3, '“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also."

Lion Visits The Doggie Dentist!

This unlikely pair have become best buddies at the Garold Wayne Interactive Zoological Park.  Bonedigger, the lion's name, seems to enjoy his doggie dentist performing routine cleaning of his mouth!
Wouldn't it be awesome if humanity could get along as peacefully and lovingly as Bonedigger and the doggie dentist?

The World's Smallest Dog

Via VIralviralvideos:
Barcroft Media claims little Massey as the world's smallest dog.  And most would agree as the ‘tiny terrier’ is only 7 cm tall, 12 cm long, and weighs only 250 grams. That’s only a little more than half a pound! She’s basically the size of a hamster, and one could argue one of the cutest things on Earth.
My dog would think the world's smallest dog is a toy!
No matter how insignificant you may feel, Creator God loves you as much as He loves His own Son, Jesus!  He adores you.
John3:16-17, "For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not die but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to be its judge, but to be its savior."

Via The Blaze: Incredible: The Moment a Woman’s Dog Emerges from Rubble During TV Interview Right After She Describes Losing Him

Oklahoma Tornado Survivor Barbara Garcia Finds Dog in Rubble During CBS News Interview
Amid the tragedy in Oklahoma, one woman who lost everything says God answered both of her prayers.

CBS News spoke with Barbara Garcia in the wake of the devastating tornado Monday,
woman’s suburban neighborhood now nothing more than flattened homes and rubble.  Badly shaken but resilient, explains how she is okay but that her dog was torn from her.
“I was sitting on the stool holding by dog — this was the game plan all through the years, [to] go in that little bathroom,” Garcia began.  “The electric went off in the bathroom about the same time I felt the stool come up out of the floor.  And I rolled around a little bit, and when it stopped…that fresh stove cooker is what I saw.”

Garcia’s arms appear to be badly cut in multiple places, but she spoke first of her dog.

“I hollered for my little dog and he didn’t answer, didn’t come, so I know he’s in here somewhere,” she said, scanning the apocalyptic landscape.

Garcia then addressed the tornado itself, saying it came and was gone in a flash.

“I thought, ‘well, I’m okay!’  And I had some stuff on top of me and I started wiggling…” she said.

Interviewer Anna Werner interrupted: “Are you able to comprehend what happened here?”

“I know exactly what happened here!” Garcia responded.  After a beat she added, “This is life in the big city.”

But that’s when the most incredible thing happened.  One of the CBS crew says in astonishment, “the dog!”

The camera then pans to an enormous pile of a rubble, the little dog whimpering and trying to burrow his way out.
Garcia immediately rushes to the area, trying to move bricks and what appears to be mangled electronic wiring off of her pet.

“Help me!” she pleads, and one of the crew rushes to do just that.

Beginning to cry as she pulls her dog to safety, Garcia says “thank God” with inexplicable relief at seeing her dog relatively unscathed.
