Animals sure can't drive, and they are happy to leave that to you! They love feeling the breeze flatten their hair, as their mouths flap out of control! Oh the freedom of having bugs fly up your nose and in your mouth at 65 mph! They are natural wind socks!
I think maybe animals feel like they can fly when riding in a vehicle, and if your foot is heavy on the pedal, your furry friend may be doing just that!:-) They are content to let you take the wheel because they trust you.
If you are content to let God take the wheel, you will enjoy life much more than if you didn't give Him control of your heart and life. When you let God lead the way, you will enjoy the ride instead of ending up on detours and dead end roads, always worrying about whether or not you are going the right way, or if danger is up ahead, or if you're lost...
Psalm 139:24, " See for Yourself whether I've done anything wrong—then guide me on the road to eternal life."
