To be honest, when I first watched this, I thought someone had to be in a bear suit, or it was a trained bear! This was a wild bear, and it waved back exactly like the lady waved at it! This proves once again, the intelligence of God's creation! I would have been as shocked as the lady in the car!
Surprise someone this week with a friendly, unexpected gesture of kindness! They may be shocked, but they will appreciate it! Proverbs 18:24 says, "A man who has friends must himself be friendly. But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother."
