This is so precious! I have to tell you, I have a 1 year old puppy Peaches, who is pictured with me on this blog. When she heard this video, she jumped up on the chair, sitting behind me, cocking her head and looking for the baby and dog. It was so funny to watch her! I may take a video of Peaches watching it!
Anyway, animals continue to amaze me with how deeply they love and they are much more intelligent than we realize. I have learned a lot about unconditional love from my puppy! You can only be gone for 10 minutes and walk back through the door, and she acts like you've been gone all day!
This video I see as a picture of the love of God for His children. No matter what you're going through, the tears that freely flow fall on the person of Jesus, because He is close enough to feel them. Psalm 56:8 says, "You keep track of all my sorrows.
You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book.
Hebrews 4:14-16 says, "Now that we know what we have—Jesus, this great High Priest with ready access to God—let's not let it slip through our fingers. We don't have a priest who is out of touch with our reality. He's been through weakness and testing, experienced it all—all but the sin. So let's walk right up to him and get what he is so ready to give. Take the mercy, accept the help." Jesus sympathizes with you in your human struggles because He knows what it feels like and He knows what you feel. Jesus lays, sits, stands and walks beside you in your troubles, to quiet you with His love.
