Ever felt like you were at a boiling point, that you couldn't take it anymore?  Then you blow it! 
The anger and frustration spills out like lava out of a volcano!  We have all had those moments! 
The great thing to know is, no matter how we have messed up, Jesus is ready and waiting in heaven, to plead our case before the Father, and forgive our sins, and reconcile us to Himself.  1 John 1:9 says, "If  we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness!" He promises to change your heart and heal you, if you ask Him into your heart and give Him control of your life!
